I’ve spent my career building athletes and programs that compete at the highest level. Growing up in the Netherlands, I had the opportunity to play at the international club level. I am what some would call a “hockey-head”. I love this game and I love helping others grow in this sport.

In the USA, I have coached top Division I and II teams, High Schools, clubs and I was Head Coach for the U17 US National Team. I have helped coach teams to the NCAA Final Four, and ACC and Big Ten Championships.

In all those years, I have worked with a wide variety of field hockey players, and my goal was always the same: Know each player and help each athlete reach her potential while enjoying the process.

I’ve seen what separates good athletes from elite ones — and it is rarely talent alone. It takes education, preparation, work-ethic, motivation, and it helps to have a strong support system to encourage you along the way.

That’s why I created a performance‑coaching platform designed to help high school and college players grow their game, sharpen their mindset, and take ownership of their development.

Today, I coach athletes who want more than drills — they want to elevate their game, ignite their passion, earn opportunities and unlock their competitive edge.
